Refund policy

All returns are refunded to original card that purchase was made on. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving item in the mail. Any returns initiated after that 7 day period are no longer refundable. All return packages must be postmarked within the 7 day period of receiving the item. Big Mood Boutique is not responsible for return shipping costs.

We accept exchanges for the same products in different sizes only. No exchanging for separate products from original purchase. Please note the following items are non-refundable online: 

  • Any item(s) postmarked past 7 days of delivery date
  • Any item(s) marked FINAL SALE or purchased on SALE/DISCOUNT
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items; items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains 
  • Shoes without their original box. Box must be free of damage without stickers or postage stamps
  • ALL hair accessories, accessories and jewelry are FINAL SALE 

If any of the above items are sent back to us, we are unable to issue store credit, grant an exchange or return the items back to you. 

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the case of a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days at Bigmoodboutique@outlook.com. Please include photos of the item's damage along with a brief description of the damage and date of purchase. 


Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Bigmoodboutique@outlook.com and send your item to:
